This year I have created The Gratitude Campaign. I bet you’re wondering what the Gratitude Campaign is right? Along with all the changes I am making in my life this is another one I am adding to it. Everyone has super busy lives complete with schedules to keep, errands to run and the list never seems to end.
In this never-ending list of demands it becomes far too easy to lose sight of everything wonderful around us and to make time to reflect, with gratitude, on our lives. This last year I felt entirely selfish, thinking about myself too often and worried about things that were inconsequential.
So after searching my soul I know that if I focus my attention on all the good things I have going on in my life then those will be the the things I think of instead of all the negative.
I wanted to do this last year and again was distracted by life, but I am ready now!
So that’s where The Gratitude Campaign comes into play.
Every day I will write a post of what I am grateful for that day. I know it seems simple, but this year is all about the simple and small things. If I keep overlooking those then where will I be? Please join me every day as I reflect on what I’m grateful for.
