I realize it has been a very, very long time since I have posted anything, but my life has been keeping me busy. I seriously think this is the busiest I have ever been in my ENTIRE life. I know that I have a tendency to embellish the truth, maybe exaggerate a little bit. This has not been the case. In July, I accepted a new position at my amazing gym Delta Life Fitness. This job in addition to my other part time job and keeping the family running smoothly has kept me on my toes. That’s where I have been the last couple months. I love all my jobs and am really enjoying this time in my life right now. I definitely put the blog on the back burner, but I’m back and I have some exciting news! A couple of months ago my friend Jaimi, who runs a great blog called The Stay-at-Home-Mom Survival Guide, asked me to contribute to her blog monthly. She started a series called Mom Motivation Mondays, and I will be writing one post a month for it!
I am beyond excited to be a part of the Mom Motivation Mondays series. My friend Jaimi is an amazing mother and blogger. She has so many amazing ideas when it comes to kids and babies. She is also a great friend who was there for me on many of my meltdown occasions. It goes by so fast…
Or so they say. When you’re in the hard moments of being a mom it doesn’t move fast, in fact sometimes I could actually feel the seconds ticking by. An hour could feel like a day and a day could feel like a month. The moments of being a mom are important, but they aren’t always enjoyable.
